If you are receiving the following error, in almost every case you haven't done anything wrong.
The error means that your ISP (internet service provider) or IP address (internet protocol) for your computer was flagged by the career center's network security as a possible risk.
Here is what we recommend as next steps when reaching out to support:
- Go to the following link as we will need to verify and approve your IP address to access to the career center: Whatismyipaddress.com. We will need the IPv4 public IP address shown.
- Let us know if you typically work from home or in an office environment (shared network)
- Are you or your company using a VPN (Virtual Private Network)?
- Submit this information in an email to have a career center support specialist to investigate internally: clientserv@yourmembership.com
- As soon as your IP address has been verified and approved as not being a potential risk, we will get back to you to verify that you have access to the site.
- We recommend that you clear your cookies and cache within your browser.
Please note that if your IP is considered high risk, we may not be able to unblock it for access. Keep in mind that this doesn't mean potentially risky activity is being done by you or your specific computer, especially if you are on a shared network.
