Why Am I Receiving An Abandoned Order Email?

The e-mail you received was a system-generated email notification that is sent when there is a draft/abandoned order in your account. 

The posting will be automatically saved once you reach the 2nd page of the posting process. You might have refreshed or encountered an intermittent internet connection that has saved the posting as a draft or abandoned status if you were not able to complete the posting process. 

The best way to confirm if your posting attempt was successful is to visit the My Jobs option under the Employer tab at the top of the page. This will take you to a list of any active or expired postings. If your posting attempt went through successfully, you will see your posting listed as active.

If this is the case, you can delete the abandoned order found on the My Account page as it is a duplicate. This will prevent you from receiving additional reminder emails.
