You are able to find stats/analytics on your job posting in two different ways. The first would be to go to the Employers menu at the top of the page and then select My Jobs in the drop down. Scroll down and locate the job title that you are wanting to find the posting performance on.
Underneath the job title, in smaller print, click the words "Show Details". This will open a brief preview of your posting. Scroll down and you will see the stats of this individual posting.
Another option would again from the Employers menu at the top of the page and then select My Jobs in the drop down. Scroll down and locate the job title that you are wanting to find the posting performance on. Click on the title of the position to open a new page which will contain a view of your stats.
Now that you have found how to get to the stats of your posting, let's understand what they mean.
-
Job Exposure: Job Exposures represents each time your job is displayed on a job board, primarily within the job search page and home page job widgets. In other words, this is how many times your opportunity has been presented to the public for viewing.
-
Job View: The Job View stat tracks the number of clicks your job receives on a job board. This is how many potential candidates clicked into your ad to view the full posting details.
-
Apply Now Button Clicks: The Apply Now Button Click stat tracks the number of times when someone clicks the "Apply to Job" button on your ad.
-
Apply Clicks by Method: The Apply Clicks by Method stat breaks down the apply button clicks by available application method (email, job board, or company URL) - Application Method Options
You may notice that you have received a certain number of application button clicks, but may not have received the equal number of candidate applications. You can read more about apply clicks vs. applicants received at this supplementary article:
Please note that if you have renewed or reposted your ad from a previous run time, your engagement stats will be an aggregate tally of all exposures, views, and apply clicks. It does not separate these states per ad run.
