Why am I receiving a Zip Code Decline message when paying by Credit Card?

Receiving this error does not mean there is an issue with your card. This simply means your specific Zip Code is not recorded in the Processing Database and needs to be entered. This can be resolved with a quick call into our Support team at the number listed below.

Choosing the option for Billing will connect you with someone in Finance who can add that Zip Code to our Processor and get your payment processed.
