How can I find my receipt or invoice within my account?

When an order is placed you will have either the option to pay by credit card or by check per the invoice. Once the order is complete, you will receive a confirmation message that states that your order has been processed and will posted immediately. An receipt or invoice will be emailed to you within 30 minutes. 

At this time, there is not an option within your account to retrieve a receipt or invoice. If you are in need of a copy or multiple receipts or invoices emailed to you, a Member of our Support or Finance Team can assist. 

Please call 860-437-5700, then select prompt 5 to speak to one of finance support specialists or call career center support at 860-437-5700, then select prompt 1 to speak to a career center support specialist.
