Adding a company logo adds a visual for candidates and will draw more attention to your ad. You can attach your company logo in 1 of 2 ways.
Via Your Company Profile:
- Go to the Employers drop down menu at the top of your screen and select My Company.
- Click the View/Edit Full Profile button.
- Click the Add Logo button.
- On the following page, click the Choose File button to upload your logo from your computer.
Please note logos must be in .jpg, .png, or .gif format. Recommended image dimensions are 300 x 300 pixels with a file size that should not exceed 5MB. Images should be square in shape, if possible, to fit the thumbnail frame. Rectangle logos will display zoomed out and may not have the impact you're hoping for. - Once you have selected the file for the logo you wanted to upload, the name of the field will be listed next to the choose file button. Here is a screenshot for example:
- When done, click Save Changes. Now that your logo is upload, it will be available to add to all subsequent postings without having to re-add the file each time.
Via An Individual Ad:
You can upload your logo when creating an ad posting. You will find the option in the "Basics" section of the posting form:
The same file requirements apply as when uploading via your company profile:

The logo will be added to the posting as well as the company profile for future use. Please note that you can only load one logo per account. If you change the logo (either in the posting form or on your company profile, it will override any previous uploads).
